In an attempt to enliven the institutional colors of PHS hallways, art classes are endeavoring to showcase student talent. The annual ROTC military ball was postponed once, due to snow, but held on January 25. All the cadets and guests had a blast. While some students might think that the military ball is just some kind of ROTC prom, actually, there is a long history of balls in naval tradition. (more…)
